SoftBank is the largest IOT company in Japan. In 2020, they planed to purchase household air purifier. Here’s their requirements: First, it can purify the air in the room. Second, it can filter the pollen in the air. Third, the product should be as small as possible. In order to find the suitable product, their purchaser searched for more than 20 air-purifier manufacturers in China and visited them one by one. But they didn’t find their ideal products. They spent more than a year to looked for a supplier. Till end of 2021, they found us from the website and said it was exactly what they were looking for!
“There are numbers of air purifier manufacturers in China, why do you think we are the most suitable one?” We asked. They said our products met the requirements of the Japanese market best. Firstly,most of Japanese bedrooms are so small, only 6 to 8 square meters. So an air purifier will take up a lot of space. But we integrate air purifier into our light, which is space-saving. Moreover, the dimension and load-bearing of our device conform to Japanese standards, which is easy installation. It perfectly solves the space occupation problem of the air purifier. Secondly, April to May is the period of cherry blossoms in Japan every year. Many Japanese people easily get allergic because of the pollen. Our product exactly has the function of filtering pollen. Thirdly, during the period of Covid-19 epidemic, our product has the function of virus-killing and sterilization with remarkable effects. This is exactly what the Japanese market needs. SoftBank was very satisfied with our products and decided to place order. However, they were very strict in factory inspection.They had extremely strict requirements for the factory environment.Wherever you went no matter the ceiling, floor, workshop or the production line, you couldn’t have any dust on your hands when you touched them. When you took off your shoes and walked into the workshop with white socks, you had to keep it white without any dust when you came out.
In order to meet their standards, we organize the whole factory to make full efforts to rectify and upgrade the workshop. We spent a lot of manpower, material and money to improve the management and environment of the factory to a higher level. Finally, we were able to meet SoftBank’s standards. They saw our R&D capacity, and positive cooperation and they were very satisfied, and placed an order finally. At the same time, they signed a strategic cooperation agreement with us, and brought us into SoftBank's supply chain system.
